SMS Program Terms
What We Hold Collective offers text-message programs, including 14 Days to a More Supported Postpartum, a nurse-created educational text course for pregnant and postpartum families.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website (for example, on the 14-Day Supported Postpartum Text Course page). No purchase is required to opt in to messages, and consenting to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.
What you’ll receive
Educational, informational, and course-related text messages — for example, the daily messages in the 14-Day Supported Postpartum Text Course, or an update letting you know a program you’ve joined the waitlist for has opened.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by program. The 14-Day Supported Postpartum Text Course sends up to one message per day for 14 days. Waitlist and program-update messages are sent occasionally.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You’ll receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to that number.
