1. Who We Are
WWHC is operated by Her Black Wellness By Ciara, Inc. Our offers are nurse-led postpartum education and care-navigation support, organized as a ladder:
- Fourth Trimester Readiness Quiz — free, and available now
- 14 Days to a More Supported Postpartum — a 14-day text course (see our SMS Program Terms for how those messages work)
- The Fourth Trimester Brief — a paid weekly newsletter
- The Supported Fourth Trimester — a live, 4-week educational cohort
Stages beyond the free quiz are not yet open for purchase; this section will be updated with specifics as each stage launches.
2. Not Medical Advice — Please Read Carefully
WWHC provides education, navigation, advocacy, and community support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, physical examinations, therapy, or emergency care, and it is not a substitute for your relationship with your OB, primary care provider, pediatrician, therapist, psychiatrist, lactation consultant, or any other treating clinician.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For mental health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988. Nothing on this Site or provided through any WWHC offer should be relied upon as personal medical advice for your specific situation.

These offers provide education, preparation tools, resource navigation, and general support. They do not diagnose, treat, provide individualized symptom triage, replace a clinician, or create a nurse-patient relationship. This is not an emergency, urgent-care, or crisis service. For chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, severe headache with vision changes, seizure, stroke-like symptoms, sudden confusion, severe allergic reaction, thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, or any urgent safety concern, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact your treating clinician immediately.
3. Purchases and Payment
When paid offers are open for purchase, payments will be processed securely through Stripe. Prices will be listed on each offer page in U.S. dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
No paid offers are currently open for purchase. Refund and cancellation terms specific to each paid offer (the 14-Day Supported Postpartum Text Course, The Fourth Trimester Brief, and The Supported Fourth Trimester cohort) will be published here before that offer opens.

5. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase an offer or book a session through this Site.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including written materials, digital downloads, videos, and the WWHC name and brand — is the property of Her Black Wellness By Ciara, Inc. and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and all offers are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Black Wellness By Ciara, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any offer.
